At The AuraFume, we take pride in offering luxurious, high-quality perfumes crafted with precision and care. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy once an order has been delivered.  

No Returns or Exchanges

Perfumes are considered cosmetic and hygiene products, and for safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances.  

Ensuring Your Satisfaction

We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be challenging. To help you find your perfect scent before committing to a full-size bottle, we encourage you to:  

- Try our Trial Pack – a selection of sample-sized perfumes.  

- Purchase our 20ml bottles for a smaller investment before upgrading to a larger size.  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team at support@aurafume.in within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide assistance accordingly.
