3.3. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4.2. The AuraFume is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED.
5.1. As perfumes are cosmetic and hygiene products, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. We highly encourage you to try our trial pack or smaller 20ml bottles to be sure about the scents you are purchasing.
5.2. In the rare case that the bottle is damaged, we can initiate an exchange upon careful consideration, but there will no refund. Please contact us with your name, order number, description of the issue, and picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
5.3. In case you've received the wrong item, the box should be returned to us unopened. The AuraFume will evaluate the condition prior to sending another. There will be no refund.
For both cases, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery.
